Ofcom to ban 'rollover' contracts as they reduce benefits of competition

Under the ‘rollover’ contracts customers have to actively op out before their contract is renewed for a new minimum period or face penalties for leaving. They are currently offered by BT and several smaller providers to residential and business customers. Money | Mail
